Proper Brick Oven & Tap Room offers 30 beers on draught with an emphasis on local and regional craft breweries. We regularly rotate our selections to include new and seasonal beers, as well as a variety of bottles and cans. Your bartender or server will be happy to tell you what's on tap!

Suzanne has traveled far and wide, dining and drinking her way across America and abroad for inspiration. She is thrilled to finally bring her idea of a "Proper" bar and restaurant to her beloved hometown.
